El proyecto recibir\u00e1 vales para el 100% de las unidades, y los inquilinos destinar\u00e1n el 30% de sus ingresos al alquiler. Los apartamentos se dise\u00f1aron para promover la salud y el bienestar de sus residentes, integrando las directrices de Envejecimiento en el Hogar en todas las unidades y en todo el edificio. Las comodidades residenciales incluir\u00e1n una sala comunitaria, una terraza en la azotea en el quinto piso, un gimnasio y lavander\u00eda. Camber se ha asociado con la Ayuda Regional para Necesidades Interinas (R.A.I.N.) para brindar servicios sociales a los residentes, como asistencia con casos, servicios de atenci\u00f3n domiciliaria y actividades recreativas. Se espera que las solicitudes de alquiler est\u00e9n disponibles a trav\u00e9s de NYC Housing Connect en julio de 2025.
