Homeownership (B5 & B6)

The affordable homeownership at Stevenson Commons (B5 & B6) will include two new residential buildings, providing a total of 58 affordable cooperative (coop) units developed in accordance with HPD’s Open Door Program. The buildings will have a mix of 1-beds, 2-beds, and 3-beds, and available to households earning 60%-80% AMI. Camber has partnered with Habitat for Humanity New York City to provide homeowner education and assistance to future homebuyers. Construction started in January 2024 and is expected to be complete in October 2025. Homeownership applications through NYC Housing Connect are expected to be available in Spring 2025.
