Senior Housing (B4)

The Senior Housing will include a 6-story building providing 116 studios for seniors 62+ years old and earning up to 50% AMI. The project will be awarded Project Based Vouchers for 100% of the units, with tenants paying 30% of their income towards rent.  The apartments were designed to promote health and wellbeing for its residents, integrating Aging in Place guidelines in all units and throughout the building. . Residential amenities will include community and multipurpose rooms, a 4th floor roof terrace, a gym, and laundry facilities. Camber has partnered with Regional Aid for Interim Needs (R.A.I.N.) to provide social services to residents, such as case assistance, home care services, and recreational activities. Construction will start in January 2024, and applications are expected to be available in October 2025.
