Buildings 5 and 6: Affordable Homeownership

Buildings 5 and 6 (B5 and B6) at Stevenson Square, located at 1843 and 1847 Seward Avenue, will provide a total of 58 affordable cooperative (coop) units developed in accordance with HPD’s Open Door Program. The buildings will have a mix of one, two, and three bedroom units, available to households earning a between a maximum of 70%-80% AMI. Camber has partnered with Habitat for Humanity New York City to provide homeowner education and assistance to future homebuyers. Applications for coop units will open on June 26, 2026 on Housing Connect. Construction is expected to be complete by October 2025 with move-in’s beginning late 2025.
