Urban Atelier Group

Urban Atelier Group (“UAG”) is comprised of dedicated construction professionals with deep experience in offering innovative expertise at every stage of the construction process In 2021, UAG completed the new construction of a 136-unit affordable rental project for seniors in Harlem. UAG is currently overseeing construction on Beach Channel Drive, the co-location of a 147-unit supportive housing project and 100-bed single women’s shelter in Far Rockaway, Queens.

Dolphin Property Services

Dolphin Property Services (“DPS”) was founded in 2011 and manages a portfolio of 11 affordable housing properties with over 1,800 units and 85 commercial spaces. Specializing in affordable housing, DPS maintains a philosophy based in physical sustainability and quality of life for residents, with a focus on proactive communication and problem solving to foster healthy tenant relations.

Habitat For Humanity

Habitat for Humanity is a non-profit developer and housing justice organization that builds a more equitable New York by creating, preserving, and advocating for families to have opportunities to build equity through affordable homeownership. Habitat NYC and Westchester has served more than 2,400 families in the five boroughs through home construction and preservation.

RAIN

Founded in 1964, Regional Aid for Interim Needs (“R.A.I.N.”) is a multi-social service agency offering a myriad of services with a focus on the provision of continuum of care that includes a range of services for seniors and people with disabilities. R.A.I.N. has been dedicated to the provision of supportive services in a wide range of capacities for underserved populations promoting housing stability and healthy aging in place.  R.A.I.N. has twelve Bronx-based and one Manhattan-based full-service neighborhood senior centers, home-delivered meals to homebound elderly, transportation services, assistance with benefits and entitlements, case management and elder abuse services.
