Construction fencing will be installed around the development sites
Restricted access zones (areas where pedestrians and residents cannot go) will be set up around the development sites
Installation of lighting and security cameras around the perimeters of the construction sites
Large equipment will be brought onto the site
Excavation of soil and installation of structural supports to begin
General increase in activity and an increased presence of construction workers, including staffed security booths
